Director of Operations and Sustainability, David Emery, has worked with Dream For Trees since the beginning of the partnership. This planting added Miyawaki forest along the edge of woodland in need of restoration. The diversity of wildlife will spread from the new mini forest and support new life and habitats that span from new to old woodland.
The college’s SUSCO sustainability group coordinated volunteers and inspired the students to the extent that they played music from their portable speakers, linking arms and dancing between the saplings.
